Last night after Christmas caroling in the sub-zero temps, we stopped for some donuts and hot chocolate. This morning Kepa helped himself to donuts for breakfast. Can you tell which ones he picked?
"I shake you warmly by the hand sir."

Day at the Children's Musuem.

Kepa likes to do things on his own and thinks he's independent.

This is how he gets oranges by himself,

Or pudding- By climbing into the fridge.

He creates his own costumes - this one is his "Oompa Loompa" costume.

He even washes his own hair, or at least tries to. Yesterday, as we noticed the little poop tracks on the floor, we realized that he had tried to change his own diaper (#2 not #1), dumped it in the potty, and came out asking for a new diaper. I guess it's time for some serious potty training.

November flew by.....

We celebrated Kirsten's 3rd birthday (in Boston)

With a gourmet guava cake flown in from the Islands custom made by Roy Yamaguchi (Sam Choy was unavailable at the time).
